I read some of this and my hand started to hurt, I'm too soft. Surprised that I completely overlooked it for how long it's been going on. I've been basically spoiled on the major impetus of the story. Not really sure how to feel about it from what little I've read.
>>
>my hand started to hurt
Why would you masturbate to this?
>>
>>287306329
I think it's emotional pain that my body thinks is physical pain. The whole thing isn't enough to make me cry, but I have too much sympathy for the guy, but not enough hatred for the girl because of the spoilers I saw.
>>
>>287306291
Huh?
>>
>>287306360
Why would you have any hatred for her?
>>
>>287306660
What she said was still really bad. She managed to say one of the things that would hurt the most, regardless of how unintentional it was, and let him stew in it, even if it was due to her insecurities.
>>
This is a bit of a strange manga. The good thing is that the characters aren't insufferable idiots like usually in romcoms, but the bodyswap thing doesn't really get used for much of anything. There's no real trouble or difficulties caused by it.
It's not terrible, but feels a bit bland in a way.
>>
>>287306291
It's a horrible manga and yet I still keep reading it. The body swap is barely utilized and adressed in the story. Forgiving Lemon's woman moment is ok, but the MC has a new love, just reject Lemon outright and hopefully the body swaps stop too since there's no regrets anymore. I need an explanation, even if it's BS

People dropped it when it was revealed not only did she not cheat on him, but he gaslighted himself into believing that, even though he knew it was bullshit.

Lemon is actually a good girl and so is Kogahara.
>>
>>287307594
>but the MC has a new love
But does he really love her? And does she really love him given the body swap?
Lemon losing is probably what the author is planning, but it would be sooo cliche
>>
>>287307613
Lemon never cheating on him was obvious from the start
>>
I hate love triangle or harem bullshit where the winner is already decided in chapter 1. There's just no way he's getting back together with the lying bitch ex why even try? Just make her move on quick so that the story progresses without that hindrance

Yes, but we were lead to believe that he believed her.

I think there was a mini arc where Kogahara was confused as well, but came to the conclusion it was MC-kun who she fell for whether he was in Lemon's body or in his own. Sunao has expressed wanting to be best friends with Lemon and wanting to be in a relationship with Kogahara. Seems simple to me, but I'll accept if the story throws that all away and Sunao has an epiphany about liking Lemon all along. That's more cliché to me tho
>>
People always shut down harem or threesome endings because of lack of realism but if there was ever an excuse it would be this situation. So this girl knows her crush and best friend swap every day. Might as well fuck both of them. You couldn't live a normal upstanding not degenerate life anyways. It would be kinky as fuck.
>>
>>287307694
You don't think that he's going to end up with the girl whose name is in the title?
>>
>>287307769
but there isn't a name in the tittle
and kuso onna doesn't mean "witch" either
>>
>>287307719
>but I'll accept if the story throws that all away and Sunao has an epiphany about liking Lemon all along. That's more cliché to me tho
It's more cliche, but honestly far less predictable at this point. And this series needs something to make it not just a plain love triangle story like air since the body swap is barely used anymore

I’ve got mixed feelings about this sort of thing. I’m not really a big fan of messiness, but this sort of thing always feels ‘too’ clean

people actually communicating instead of endless misunderstandings is nice to see though

it's fun because the first example is actually more believable even though it's clearly a comedic scene.

God fuck this manga. Fucking masterclass in blue balling, stalling and stretching shit out for as long as humanly possible. It's rare to find a book that actively wastes your time and makes you feel it, like this one does. I think the manga about the crossdresser and punk girl is the only one that manages to top this piece of crap.
>>
>>287307613
I think most people dropped it loooooong before the reveal with people just popping in to see if the mystery box got opened. It used to get threads every week then just radio silence
>>
>>287307665
People wanted to know her motivation, then it turned out to be incredibly stupid
>>
>>287310148
Nah, I stopped dumping it because I got busy.
>>
>>287310148
It stopped having threads before the reveal, so maybe people dropped it before, but that was the big thing that undermined the whole thing.
>>
>>287306291
I'd had prefered lemon was a massive slut who indeed sucked a couple of cocks, as she is now she is just another wimpy loser heroine
>>
>>287307225
She was a retarded middle schooler when she said it, the MC is more mature than normal but most people wouldn't be mad about that shit once they're in college. He also had a feeling she was lying because they had grown up together, so he was never actually that mad about it. Part of the breakup is on the MC for not being willing to talk things out with Lemon and taking what she said at face value.

>>287307411
The body swap is just a gimmick early on for them to reconnect and grow close to each other again as a result of living each others' lives. It was never meant for drama, it's just the plot device that makes the MC wiling to talk to a girl who he thought cheated on him. It is more or less irrelevant now because we're in full-on love triangle drama, so it doesn't add anything to the narrative.
>>
>>287310148
I dropped it once, then tried to pick up, got that film making filler and gave up
>>
>>287310004
All three of them have been stressing about their feelings for like 1/2 of the manga now, but they're also close friends so even if this is clean it feels believable. It's unlike Himaten which another anon brought up, where Himari cheering on Kanna and vice versa is kind of retarded since their relationship isn't as deep as all these characters. Lemon got saved from being a depressed, friendless femcel by Kogahara, after all. That's a far deeper relationship than "you are my mentor/mentee" from Himaten.
>>
>>287310844
While the MC could have done better or reacted better, he was also in middle school. Despite her mitigating circumstances, it doesn’t change how awful it was from her. Also I disagree, getting angry about cheating is easily a lifelong thing. Most wouldn’t actively go out of their way to antagonize the person, but they’d certainly never want to be around them in any way, especially with how from his perspective, she was almost gleeful about it.
>>
Was the change from the Japanese title a good one? Seemed like the original was appropriate for half of the first chapter or so, and not since.
>>
>>287313349
Well, the same for yabaiyatsu. It's a clickbait strategy for romcoms
>>
>>287306291
Looks like it's just generic harem shit.
>>
>>287308771
>>287308796
Listen I like the second but the second only happens 10 times of 100. The first is more believable
>>
Next Chapter: ILOLSTRATION
Weekly is blatant false advertising for this series
>>
>>287312086
What I meant is that, having had everything cleared up (and having always doubted her), most people would not be upset about a lie told in middle school when they are adults. If she actually cheated it'd be different, but they have a long history together and she was just being retarded.
There are plenty of real-life couples who have gone through similar things or actual cheating and reconciled, people even get remarried. When Lemon did was extremely retarded and selfish, but in the longrun it's basically irrelevant and I think it's reasonable that the characters more or less got over it.
>>
>>287317295
You’re minimizing it as a lie, but it’s one that had a heavy impact on him over the next years of his life. I’m not saying it’s impossible or you shouldn’t forgive someone if they admit to lying, but I also think it’s perfectly reasonable to dislike them for the rest of their life for what they did. I didn’t say anything about his feelings in the initial post anyway, but mine.
>>
>>287317446
>I also think it’s perfectly reasonable to dislike them for the rest of their life for what they did.
Childish mentality
>>
>>287317528
Not really. Disliking someone and seething and having them live rent free are two different things. She said something awful that affected his life in a very negative way for years. He decided to forgive her after some time. Others wouldn’t. Plenty of things from middle school aren’t a big deal and can be written off. Being cheated on (or lying about it, which has the same effect for all the years you believed the lie) isn’t one of those things. A person shouldn’t have to forgive that. It’s reasonable to want nothing to do with them.
>>
>>287317648
>Being cheated on (or lying about it, which has the same effect for all the years you believed the lie) isn’t one of those things.
it literally is, kids do it all the time
>>
>>287317768
Uh huh, people do cheat when they’re young. And it’s perfectly reasonable to never forgive them for doing that. It’s one of the more extreme breaches of trust a person can do to you. But again, not forgiving and disliking a person isn’t the same as seething at the mere thought of them at all times.
>>
So now the 2 girls know they like the guy. What are they gonna do? I for one think Kogahara should have sex with him while he's in Lemon's body
>>
>>287313349
I wonder if they'll ever have a titledrop and how are the trannylators gonna deal with it.
>>
>>287317528
oh damn, Kazuya escaped from RAG but he's still retarded
>>
>>287317866
Time heals the majority of people move on
>>
>>287319045
Moving on and forgiving aren't the same thing. I don't think most people would yell and scream at a person who cheated on them in middle school 10 years ago (or even 3-4, like in this manga), but that isn't the same thing as forgiving them. I should reiterate I don't think the MC is pathetic for forgiving her, especially with the added context, but I think it's fair for others not to do so in similar situations.
