Like he will put detail on some of the random npc characters like the gay barber or the pumpkin fart villain but the main cast is literally copy & paste. Especially for the females, so many ppl were confused when the Shinobi girl showed up and thought it was Aira, the teacher that the cop saved and Zumas mom looks like an exact clone of Momo etc

Once you make romance a sub genre you have to cater everything around it and it hijacks the plot. Plus shippers are the most mob minded batshit crazy fans to have in your fanbase, they will legit send death threats if their ship isn’t canon and burn manga volumes, whereas with power scalers they at least care about the story and if their favorite character isn’t the strongest they will just debate about it.
