SAO is quite quaint by todays standards of isekaislop but the Kirito Stu look is popular even today. EVA is influencial in the sense that it made many japanese pursue careers in the industry. Madoka was relevant for like 5 years and it\s mostly remembered by its abrupt change in tone, which many shows aped for a while. Haruhi popularized the cringe introspecting protagonist and the mix of contrasting genres
