Liz looks absolutely adorable in that Snow Miku outfit, with lovely bows and lots of fluff throughout, though I have to wonder if she'll be a bit warm wearing it in spring. Blue is a color she is rarely if ever depicted in and it is unfortunate because she does look amazing in blue. The hearts in the eyes are very cute and the way little symbols are used as part of the hair highlights is very cool. Also her freckles are incredibly cute here.
I've mentioned it before but I do really like the way you use colors and halftones, its a unique trait of your art that I find really nice.
This chibi of her with a transparent background would lend well into making it into a charm or standee which is something that I may consider, but only with your permission of course.
