The dragons seem to constantly make it a point they're not supposed to visit our world, but given Fafnir, Quetzalcoatl, and Kanna's dad exist in our ancient mythology that would mean they've not only visited before but made such an impact to human culture. The anime hasn't pointed this out yet, has the manga made any reference?
>>287403344iirc it is the other way around, the dragons are named after earth's mythology because their world pirates human culture.
>>287403477Shouta's dad ran off with Lords of the Rings to sell in their world. But Lucoa's excommunication from divinity because she got drunk and banged her sibling falls in line with Quetzalcoatl's mythology here.

>>287403344I would have to double check but I think each mythology has their own world, with the dragon world being a kind of 'hub'. There is frequent travel between the worlds, so stories might be spread by travellers, rather than every single being from that mythology visiting our world.
