It's just a vulgar way of referring to sex. This is actually pretty standard across non-european languages because the premodern context in which the terminology was formed simply didn't really have concepts like consent. When their modern legal systems were formed, old terms were simply borrowed and given a new meaning. So in the legal context it means sexual assault but in an informal context it's just a crude way of referring to sex.

The joke in this panel isn't that the character wants to be raped--because if they're consenting then it's obviously not rape. The joke is that she starts with a poetic lamentation of her loneliness followed by a shockingly vulgar articulation of her sexual fantasy.
