>>287414202I love how they improved the joke in the anime by giving him the deepest voice they could.
>>287413598/thread
>>287414202But anon, that's no japanese, that's a communist Berlinian.
>>287413718why was eureka seven so good and the everything after so bad?
>>287414145is this any good?I'm making a list of trash isekai/fantasy that are actually sort of good
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e5XaLsSfoWg
>>287414631Since you're making a list, don't forget about Last Period
>>287414752if it's the same as Konosuba I'll probably like itand thanks if you've got any more I'll add them
>>287414752Which princess has the dick?

>>287413598I can't help but feel lust towards Akane's thighs
>>287414752>>287414631I wanna hate fuck Kyaru
>>287414631The gachafags disliked it, but it was surprisingly decent and funny, especially for a gacha adaptation. Definitely sort of good.
>>287413598sex
>>287414390Literally by accident, apparently. The director wasn't given free rein over the ending of original E7 and spent years seething about it.
>>287416217
>>287413598nice thighs
>>287413727Is yaoi with lot of sexy girls flashing panties and tits with random loli boss that has older guy lover or yuri that will show bikini at most?.Because is the only thing gohands make
>>287413598Nice pair of hams.
>>287413628Is this the same studio of that animation of people walking the stairs?

Jesus Yamato does it again
>>287430029I can explain it but it won't do any good since you're not in the know.
>>287430527Anno why was this necessary
>>287413947>simon catching Nia into his arms and telling her that he came to pick her up just like he promised he would.>rest of gurren dan lining up doing the gainax pose. One of the best.

>>287430101>there are people who don't think this is awesome. Also it's 100% better with the OST.
>>287413598https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e_zP2bp9Ru4
>>287413707Bondrewd has such a good fucking design.
>>287413972> pillar man theme plays
>>287435889kek
>>287430101reminds me of a similar scene in 0083https://youtu.be/olInI9vptl8?t=67
>>287414631As someone who watched the show but did not play the gacha, its alright. Most of the show is cutsey fluff, but it is well produced and the comedy is on point, and when the plot DOES kick in the stakes feel surprisingly real because of how close the villain has already come to just outright winning and the consequences of that.Like, its not a dark show. But the more you learn the more you realize just how fucked up this situation actually is despite the fact that the stated goal of these dorks being "lets go to strange places and find tasty things to eat!"
>>287413707now post the moths grand entrance.
>>287414736Gunbuster is so fucking cool
>>287414409why does the scene focus on their chests?
>>287437809because you think it does when the focus is not having faces on screen for the viewer until the the right moment
>>287413628Classic Gohangles
>>287414145https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YR69SbnTHwU
>>287434179They're so cool.
>>287414631The first season is definitely a lot of fun.I still liked the second season, but it was a bit more polarizing I guess.
>>287414145kek
>>287438857That reminds me of a manga about a cute heavy metal girl and her hero is Rob Halford. I don't remember the name.
>>287435872More than that, he's a good villain. You genuinely want him erased from the world so it can heal. Reminds me of Obama from hot monkey dick.
>>287439062Chio noooooo
>>287413598I was honestly just going to post a gif but it's not the same without his theme. https://youtu.be/a9IvZQhUKJs?si=uOkrL1t4RNZKN3j9&t=84
>>287439062I thought good villain meant that you agree with them on some levels.
>>287439795Anyone that wants Bondrewd to die or disappear is a secondary tard so don't take his opinion seriously
>>287439062>when you know you about to get a 30 day chat ban
Muhriga
>>287413598I’m a bit annoyed that she seemed so unique and interesting in the first chapters of the manga, but then she just turns into another generic shonen protagonist
>>287414752ok you've convinced me to watch this and if I don't get the same "got" that you had I will be mad.
>>287439795A good villain is a threat and not a misunderstood puppy dog that can be nurtured back to health. They add stakes to the story just by existing, and often do something unforgivable onscreen.
>>287414752Seconded on Last Period. Good show
>>287413598Hard to top this one
>>287439795Bondrewd is agreeable to some extent. He's part of a fucked up society of explorers whose main source of livelihood is looking for priceless artifacts inside a dangerous magical hole.He does all his inhumane experiments for the purpose of enabling the people to explore deeper levels of the magical hole which would otherwise be impossible and thus improving the livelihood of his fucked up explorer society.Tossing a few unwanted, unneeded orphans who would have probably died of starvation into the meat grinder every once in a while is a small price to pay from his perspective.
>>287413969>bleeding>jobmu jobbing from page 1
>>287430489Michael Jackson?
>>287439795>>287441110I think its more basic than that: a good villain is one that provokes a strong emotional response in the audience. The worst thing that a villain can be is boring, because if the villain sucks then its likely that the overall story sucks too. But if you are invested in the villain, you are likewise invested in the story.Bondrewd is a great villain because his actions are so sick and twisted that you can't help but have strong feelings about him one way or the other. Even if you think he's an absolute monster that deserves worse than he got, that still means you care. A villain you want to see punished is a good villain. On the flip side, a villain that you can sympathize with is *also* a good villain, because you've gotten emotionally invested in the story just in a different way. Emet Selch from FF14, for example, is a tragic figure because he is unambiguously the hero of his own story. His civilization was destroyed in an act of grand betrayal that turned them all from nigh-immortal superhuman beings into weak, pathetic, idiots that die in a handful of years... and he's one of only three people who survived unscathed and the other two are a psychopath and an alzheimers patient. The terrible responsibility of fixing the world falls onto him, because there's no one else left. If he does nothing, his people are gone forever. And if the only way to fix things is multiple apocalypses and genocides... well... what choice does he HAVE? He keeps looking for an off-ramp from being a supervillian, but he keeps not finding one. You're trying to save your world from destruction, and so is he, and you can't both win. It makes for a great conflict.
>>287443266The hilarious thing about this webm is those are $1 bills. How little were they paying him? No wonder he jobbed.
>>287413628Hairfag here. This is repulsive. Her hair is so thin and greasy. The movement is wrong in every way. Nasty

>>287414390The director (pr someone equally important, I can't remember) saw the ending they wrote and basically forced them to end the series on a positive note. The writers, when given complete control (which they've had for pretty much all other adaptations and spinoffs) will write a bittersweet or downer ending that leaves the protagonists sad and the audience sadder.I've got my Eureka Seven Blurays and a usb disc drive I bought specifically to play those blurays within 5 feet of me right now, and that's all I own that's related to Eureka Seven besides the soundtrack for the original series.
>>287441188My nigga
THE ENEMY IS HERE
>>287422056Certified KINO.
>>287447042It was the other way around. The director (Kyoda) wanted a super downer ending and everyone else begged him to change it. Ultimately he was forced to change the ending to what we got. But even putting that aside, in all the interviews he's done since he has made it very apparent that he has no fucking clue why people liked E7 in the first place. Thus we get entry after entry that shits all over the original. The only other good attempt at E7 was the LN, and that was because it did its own thing with the setting and Kyoda has zero influence over it. He is eternally mad that people like E7 for X or Y reason, and not that reasons that he wants.
