I saw someone said that this anime would either be an absolute shitshow or a classic, and just based off the first two episodes, it seems closer to a classic.It's so unique and interesting. I'm actually really glad that they didn't make the show a retelling of the game, and did the smart thing which is to make the show about the societal effects of influencers and streamers on our culture.

As someone that played the game, this anime is actually really good. I'm glad they didn't make it episodic like the game is, it seems the show went with the "10 million fans" ending and picked up where the game left off.If you haven't played the game it's hard to get a true sense of what's going on in the show.
