I think that comedy is very hit or miss in general, and wouldn't fault anyone for not enjoying this one. But for some reason when you actually read complaints it seems that everyone who hates this is a retard that is judging it on the standards of serious power fantasy.Either they write it off as yet another mindless power fantasy, or they complain that it isn't "proper" power fantasy that they can enjoy the stakes of. Occasionally you'll see "I didn't laugh so it doesn't count" immediately leading into one of the former two routes. It's so rare to see someone acknowledge that it's humor, say they didn't enjoy it, and successfully wrap up their opinion without writing something braindead about stakes.
