Do you watch isekai for adults?
I only read isekai where the MC is either an old man or a loli
>>287445725Sometimes it can be both at the same time
Why do people use these stupid automatic translators?
>>287446279Only the most based of isekai turn old men into lolis
>I like the book, the third partWhat's the point of watching/reading "isekai for adults" if it's "translation by fourth-graders"?
>>287447796>>287445725Fate?
>>287445201I watch and read isekai for managers and CEOs... I do like Bookworm as well though.
>>287447866it's an automatic translation of a japanese website, I thought it was obvious enough but I guess not
>>287445201I don't think the people that watch these can be considered "adults"
>>287448573>I watch and read isekai for soulless jewsany examples?
>>287448591most people reading these in Japan are old women and salarymen, if working adults aren't adults then I don't know what is
>>287448598The only soulless jobs are lawyers (sociopaths) and HR (psychopaths). Tanya does a great job of showing such a psychopath HR-manager.
The only Isekai I'll watch is digimon
Does Gundam Wing count as an isekai when they're stuck on Earth?
>>287445201This image is pretty funny because you have giant titles like "As a result og the villain's daughter yadda yadda yadda..." and then there's one just called "I like the book"
>>287448952Watch more Gundam to avoid stupid takes.
>>287445201Japanese culture is cancerous with the notion that if you’re not married and making a million dollars a year by the time you’re 20, you wasted your life and have to dream of divine reincarnation in a new world to ever do something worthwhile. As much as I like anime more than western slop generally, western entertainment is healthier when it comes to glorifying middle age protagonists more often than teenagers.
>>287446334Because naroushit does not deserve actual translations
>>287445201I watch/read most isekai. I enjoy how they bullshit their way through different tropes. Some of them end up being good though.
>>287445201Isekai for adults is just that midlife crisis shit where people with shitty jobs and lives wake up back in high school.
>>287445201>those titlesWhere are the adult works?
>>287449232They're right though. Of course you're exaggerating with the 20 but more like late twenties. You already know if you're on that path by the time you're 20 though. Anyway the closest example in anime that says otherwise you I can think of is probably Space Brothers cause mutta is I think 32 when he applies to be an astronaut, but also the real life average age is apparently 34 so it only makes sense. Also he's more than qualifed enough and there is a bit of nepotism too though.
