Suo has had the most character development in DivineZ. Either him or Hikari/Erika. It's a shame that Akina by comparison feels so lame and undeveloped, he's had little motivation after the first season and sort of drifted through all these situations just reacting to them as he goes through the motions. I could complain about the way they've handled returning characters and new characters too, what's the point of Kagetsu? He's introduced as some behemoth to rival the best of the best and he consistently jobs.
