Regarding the very first asterisked point, it must be understood that Oda's "anti-racism" is of the flavour that used to be pushed by the political left and was beloved of centre-right leaning libertarians, but which is now largely disfavoured by almost all major political factions today. He's strictly against hereditarian privilege, racial or otherwise (hence the CDs) but clearly acknowledges that race is a reality and plays up the differing traits and specialisations of the races, including both strengths and weaknesses alike.
