The animated series you can watch on youtube like in the OP, the rest of the eps you can find on the same channels.

The original strip comic/illustrator is @k_r_r_l_l_ on twitter. Koupen-chan has been illustrator for quite a few years, before being made into Japanese LINE stickers, and merchandising, and the works. It has also had collabs with local Japanese trains!
