During the flashback, lines of the song emerge and she supposedly put them all together to compose the lyrics. At the live show, she says not to believe everything streamer say, and that it's usually exaggerated. Therefore all we saw could be an hyperbole and nothing can really be ascertained, and Ame's problems might have stemmed from being mentally ill rather than a comically sad childhood (for Japan at least)
