While I do agree that Rin does not exactly fit the mesugaki term, it's been a thing in Japan since the early 2010s and the only thing twitter did was make the term popular overseas.

Not even the first one since we had lot of mesugakis before like kyoko from jigoku sensei nube, moro from dotto koni-chan, and tons of others.
If you meant the more direct well just watch dr chichibuyama ova there are more direct lolis in that one, and even rin is tamr when compared to moro that mentioned every time how much she whored herself for pennies.
