Dragon Kaido basically only had his fire breath and cutting breath to attack with, and both attacks barely did anything significant. Getting hit with Bagua's were way more dangerous overall, and Loki with Ragnir will probably be the same thing. Full Dragon forms are the best for taking out fodder with AOE attacks, not suited for 1v1s
