So if you have to rationalise away the idea that you're doing something bad, then the show that tells you that must be what's wrong instead. But also to be fair the show is artsy, full of pretentious dialogue, edited like a trailer half the time, and treats chronology as barely a suggestion, so I imagine that also filters some people. I like all that but it's not for everyone.
