Just recently, Ussopp’s talk of a cat becoming a monster around the hundredth year came to pass, which correlates to how Imu became God after Joyboy’s death on the hundredth year of the void century. The reason why this matters is because the monster cat is tied heavily to the cat dividing its tails and it’s correlated with mermaids dividing their tails when they turn 30. The (cat)fish became a dragon. And… only mermaids can divide their tails.As for the Lunarian part. You see because Imu is a hybrid, she is not a good genetic donor to the whole seraphim experiment. And this is actually the most interesting part about it. You see, the moon princess actually hides her own identity so that the people of the moon don’t know who she is. She is their Loki and you have seen how they treat their Lokis. And Lili is her Ida.This explains a lot on how Imu could somehow be this mighty Umi, A sea creature. And a dragon with feathered wings of a Lunarian, moon people. It’s worth noting that the only thing similar to Imu’s horrible appearance in Thriller Bark as that monster were when Skypiens casted their shadows to appear as tall and mighty giants.
