Anno and Ikuhara would be so good that I don’t think the industry would be able to handle it. In fact, Anno offered Ikuhara to work on Eva with him, but Ikuni declined because he was busy with other things at the time.

He did offer Anno some advice though: he said that Anno should make Rei get pregnant to piss off purityfags, so that gives an insight into what an Anno/Ikuhara collab would look like.
