I find it fascinating that the manga went for 300+ chapters of slice of life shenanigans with some weird stuff here and there which was played for laughs, and then in the last 10 chapters it turned into a supernatural horror which gives completely different context to everything which happened before. I know that it is a cheap move but it is still a cool move. And you know, it is not often when technically monogamous harem ending is canon
