Let's start with a simple one: Dio is evil. Sometimes he seems to care about people, but he enjoys being bad; he's like the most basic form of absolute evil. He killed innocent people, women, manipulated masses to gain power, and ruined Jonathan's life for no real reason. He also made it so Polnareff couldn't climb the stairs
