Having the heroine be the villain now doesn't sit very well with the plot. The villain is supposed to be someone in power who commits bad actions and therefore deserves their divine punishment. But when the villain is the commoner who is just trying to correct her destiny and is the one who suffers, it kind of loses its charm, and It even looks bad.

Is this one of those isekai villainess stories? One quirk of Isekai power fantasies is the worse works usually reward the main character and punish the villains, until you recognize that the main character is unworthy of what they've been given, and you start rooting for the villains.
