The art doesn’t translate to anime and like Kaiji over half of it is internal monologuing. It’s not a series suited for an anime. This would am obvious shitty looking slideshow

At this point I don't trust anyone to do it juatice, if it even can be done justice outside of the manga format.
There is also the "issue" that the author fucking despises anyone who doesn't understand Japanese so it'd be even harder to make money off of.
