Also, this movie is directed by the director of the Gintama live-action, they're really going heavy on the references, just in the trailer you can see Dororo vs Titans from AoT, Yokai Watch Robo Nyan, Shin Kamen Rider Shocker grunts and OG Rider transformation, and of course, a bunch of Gundam stuff.

The two new Keronians also are design references to the old toku show Kyodain, about two android brothers.
