First few chapters are pretty slow to be honest, plus some characters take a while to be likable

Meanwhile in last chapters we are finally getting our Rin arc and the ultimate snek war against Tsuru

For me the drama is much much better than most romcoms and SoL, the story doesn't hold back. The music is just a mean for the drama
It is slow though, so payoffs aren't immediate, hell, some still needs to happen even if the set-up has been set since forever
