Does anyone remember it? I finished it today after having it in my backlog. It's cozy and slow-paced, has pretty good visual direction, and is well-written.I think it sometimes goes on too long with details, and some of the rakugo performances felt particularly drawn out. I'm not a big fan of them not revealing who Shin's father is; I understand Konatsu wanted to have her "own story," but I didn't like it. I quite liked the protagonist and how his life changes. To the three anons who still remember the show, what did you think?
>>287679433Everything that has shamisen in it gets a thumbs up from me
>>287679433It's great. It's funny that it was made by fucking Deen, which, in the same reason, also released S1 of konosuba. The seiyuu performances are stellar, which makes it kinda baffling that you didn't mention that.
Not my usual sort of thing, but I liked it a lot. Should really look into finding more stuff like it.
>>287679531Except for the shamisen anime. That completely fell off a cliff after the first episode.
>>287679531Shamiko...
>>287679690>animeDidn't watch, I just lurked a bit the threads and got a few images here and there, but the manga is good. I love Umeko.>>287679433Great.
>>287679433>Does anyone remember it?I am fairly certain that this was always a well regarded show. It just isn't talked about because we need new threads about seasonal isekai.
>>287679433very good. kiku being the father of shinnosuke was a HUGE fujo moment from the mangaka but its whatever
>>287679433>To the three anons who still remember the show, what did you think?Threads were good, doesn't really get discussed because it's a completed work and rakugo is anathema to normalfags/anime casuals. I'm probably due for a rewatch, I'm a sucker for rakugo anime and through sheer luck the handful that exist are all solid.
