Even the basic language relies a lot on understanding the implied subject of a statement or series of statements as it is common for that to be left out grammatically. Being a person with empathy issues and communication disorders is really bad in Japan. I think the Japanese obsession with ritual and detail orientation is more cultural OCD than cultural autism.
