The second is Kakuyomu is a tad more tolerant than Narou when it comes to sexual or mature depictions in works (even by Japan standards). The third is, if you're an author with already at least 1 published work, you can get into the Kakuyomu "Next" program which is Kakuyomu's paid subscription service that 'promotes' higher chance of getting published as well. Kakuyomu has some quality of life features Narou doesn't, and Narou has some features Kakuyomu doesn't.Of course Kakuyomu Next's novel quality also varies and even of the ones I tried, this one was the only one that really kept my attention, not that it doesn't have its flaws. But at least they comission an artist to draw a singular promotion icon for the series, I guess.
