Instead of lamenting things she had taken to exploring the world and discovering new passions and interests, while also pushing herself to the pinnacle of martial arts. Still not sure where exactly the narrative is going but it seems like it will be a good fantasy romp without any of the nonsensical vidya game cliches or isekai shit.

Art is good and I get the themes the author is going for but it's not all that different from the structure of an isekai powerwank story so far. The first chapter set up an interesting enough world and character but it's been an OC showcase since then.

We don't get to actually see her struggles overcoming it and just get the typical wanking you see in 99% of isekai/narouslop getting put out these days. I get it's still early days but 5 monthly chapters should be more than enough time to drop the proper hook and this one's seems to come from the same slopmold in spite of the standout design work.If I were behind the story, I'd have capitalized on the adventure aspect instead, play coy with the lesbo dragon lady on what happened and given her a motive to drive the story forward like looking for a way to restore her power based on some obscure legend. You'd still be able to use the same themes of getting back up from a bad fall and actually show her growing from it instead of planting her right in the middle of Tsukimichi's academy arc to show off how powerful she still is.

She's already a respected figure in the world and the reaction people have to her without magic is rightfully skeptical. Which is why she needed to demonstrate to the students why she's still in the game. I just think you have simplified the story to the point you can't see how execution, tone, and pacing all factor into whether a story is well written or actual slop.
