I miss the 90-00s style of animation. I don't necessarily mean super high quality stuff like say Trigun, but more so things like the School Days anime, NHK, Haruhi, stuff like that.Is there anything nowadays that is out or is coming out that has the same kind of style? I know of the fanmade BERSERK anime that some dudes are making on YouTube that is in a 90s style, but I don't really like the English voiceacting for it- especially for Puck.

Any anime that tries to do the same thing again in the modern day is really just making an imitation or an "homage" as opposed to the real, genuine thing.

>>287835849There were plenty of terrible moments but several memorable good ones too. Obviously the opening shot of the gang shooting up the bar is incredible, even if it's not at all indicative of the rest of the forgettable animation the show had, moments like that one tend to stick with you.
