Hibiki's problems where honestly far more mundane than a lot of the rest of the cast but they were treated with more focus and with more intensity than the far more complex problems. Hibiki's dad's just a dead beat but gets a whole series. The whole mess that was Tsubasa's family situration gets half an episode. I know Biki IS the main character but she honestly just became very inactive when she should have far more proactive with the other characters. A MC can focus on helping their friends.
