Did Oda not know how to write the Sun God stuff into the series and Gear 5 was just a last second idea?

But before they can do that they must win the davy back fight, and in the modern story this will be the fight for the final poneglyph, Buggy will somehow get his hands on it, but because he knows he can't defeat the other emperors he will set up a davy back fight and try to cheat, promising the final poneglyph to the remaining contestants, people like shanks will join since they don't have anyone who can read the poneglphys they will see this as an opportunity to steal Robin, and this final davy back fight will determine the pirate king and who reaches laugh tale.
