It’s about time I’ve ripped off the band-aid and catch up on these past two chapters. Lucoa and Tezca didn’t interest me enough to care, as I found their start unsatisfying. Thankfully, these recent chapters have improved upon their dynamic, and I can safely say Ooguma has officially won me over. I enjoy her personality and chemistry with Shouta and Lucoa. There’s a sense of buried remorse beneath her interactions with Lucoa that I like. Hopefully this streak continues before it inevitably regresses. I’m also happy Oli’s mentioned once more, given a full name reveal, and officially referred to as Tohru’s mother. She showed two chapters ago she can wipe out everyone on a whim.His choices were either to eat the accident even if it was bad, while taking into account nothing bad actually happened this time(because it was stopped), or retaliate and have his entire faction and the entire world wiped out. He was clearly looking to escalate things because Tezca stopped him.When you're the weaker party you have to think these things through carefully, Shota whether he realizes it or not is protected. Pretty much all the pet humans are protected.
