Personally not too big of a fan of that type. The flavor is just kinda meh for me. I enjoy it when it supplements other cheeses, like in a cheese sauce that include mozzarella and cheddar, for example. I make a type of filo sheet pastry that's filled with goat feta cheese and has some ricotta, too. That's really good. But when it's just ricotta, I'm not a fanI would kiss and make love to this anime girl, thoughever. I know that's unrelated.
