Unless this is the nature of his "baffling power", his dialogue and interactions with Arulu and Jing both were both extremely natural. But I doubt he has an ability that lets him change jacket style and length, his shirt, and his face unless he literally makes doppelgangers of himself. While I think Koemori is sketchy because of what he was about to say about the prophet and why he was there, I don't think it's Gueltan spy level sketchy. Also, they clap differently, in both form and font. I think I'd be more supportive of them being the same guy if it wasn't for him cutting off his prophet line, though.
