If Cell were to be spared in a similar fashion as Piccolo, and simply mellowed out with time instead of having an explosive tantrum over losing, what sort of special signature technique would he come up with? Nothing that derives from one of his donors' moves, it has to be something original. I feel like Cell could at least borrow some things from the already adopted techniques to make something original for himself. He could take Tien's Tri-Beam as a set-up and concentrate his ki to fire a combo of Kamehameha and Destructo Disc so it makes a green beam. It could come out as sharp needle beams when combined, like a wasp's stinger. The center of his hands are exposed, but around his body is blinding light, like his spots glow off many Solar Flares. He could call it something like "Locust Drizzle".
