Why are the subtitles so bad? Why can't subtitles that translate signs and newspapers be on top (or maybe italicized) while subtitles for dialogue are at the bottom? There is so much confusing overlapping of subtitles.

Juzo moves to a different school after taking down the not-umbrella corp's boss
