Why does this even have the time travel element? It basically never even comes up. If the context was just that he got un-fat after middle school, like 99.9% of everything would be exactly the same. Don't get me wrong I like this shit but it seems like the time travel thing is unnecessary and isn't doing anything.
I think the same about every single isekai that isn't reincarnation of a Bookworm.

The thing that really gets me about this is the fact that the 'lol I'm old now and missed out' MC-kun is a college student and the "I'm going back to High School back in the day" is in... 2014. Dude you're like 21. Call me when you're 33 like me.
Oh and the other thing that's depressing about this shit is how this is set in 2014 which is 12 years ago, and there's literally nothing in this story that is different from today. You could literally have set this in 2026 and there wouldn't be a single thing different about it. Have we really stagnated that badly? For example imagine if the guy goes back from 2014 to 2002. There would be immediate and obvious differences.
