It's called All Stars F because she's the Final villain of the Precure franchise. Literally no other villain will top her mixture of personality, design, and danger. You can make villains dangerous, but they'll be one-note characters. You can give a villain a lot of personality, but they'll be weak. Supreme literally KILLED EVERYONE and then REINCARNATED them into her own world. She was only defeated because a portion of herself split off from herself and joined with the Cures. It wasn't the Cures who defeat her -- it was HERSELF.No villain is going to top this.
