It also kind of felt really cringe and disrespectful when his unit of elite hand raised orphan Knightmare pilots were introduced at his funeral(?) only to get virtually wiped out immediately by the MCs. What a weird decision. That being said, I did overall think the season was ok. Euphemia’s brain washing scene and death I still think was buffoonish, although to my understanding that’s not exactly a hot take.I kind of lost all respect for Lelouch when he left to men to all die on the brink of victory to go after Nunnaly. I also found Kallen mostly annoying. Maybe if they made her dad more of a character instead of just a scratching post for her teenage angst. She felt shallow and boring. I also didn’t like CC really. Shirley was just mid and boring. Cornelia was cool, I guess? I don’t know maybe I just went in expecting too much but the way it was sold to me made it sound like some sort of 10 out of 10 amazing thing and it was mostly just slightly above average.

Okay now I just fought up a fanfic scene where she's fighting against Todoh and Cornelia Is letting out the propaganda father told to her about the time in Japan on him and he's like the worst that Nunnally got was some bullying by kids and her class is about being blind and crippled until lelouch scare them off or became their primary target but he did everything to make his little sister life as easy as possible and Todoh admitting he did confront lelouch if he had any clue about the invasion intentions but Lelouch basically said he would have told them about any intentions if he knew it from his father about invading Japan for the benefit of Japan and himself with nunnally and that he had no allegiance to his so-called calling him a sperm donor at most and After the death of the Prime Minister Suzaku and Lelouch and Nunnally went off into hiding together and it's clear Suzaku survive and after that was confirmed he believed chances would at both Lelouch and Nunnally because of both of the boys levels of stubbornness and devotion and Suzaku physical capabilities even at at that age and Lelouch Intelligence and if she wants to blame anybody for what happened to them she should blame her own father for sending them as hostages to a country he invaded .
