Of course, in this hypothetical cope future, Koga will be even stronger and be even more well matched against Yumi (though not necessarily victorious).

Koga already feels like he lost his spot as a protagonist when he was just getting going. It's a departure from how Ohmo lost his spot to Hatsumi in Ashura.
