Anons are focusing way too much on the phrasing of "without a manga" and being like "b-but technically this show has a manga adaptation" and are missing the point that the OP obviously means:

Because for the anime in the OP, or at least some of them because there's a chance there's something that shouldn't be there that anons are going to pounce on like it disproves their point, the idea for the anime came first and any existing related manga are essentially spinoffs. Even if the manga technically was released sooner, which I know happened with Bebop, the manga in that case was still based off the then-in-production anime and wasn't its original source material.

Anime adaptation are usually directly based on the LN from what I understand and often ends up adapting more than manga that keeps going really slowly.
Anyway outside of some weird cases it seems mostly nobody wants to risk making an original story and a lot of things are WN->LN->manga->anime. Though I suppose that's for isekaishit mostly. Manga still gets original stories.
