A true SHTF boat sinking scenario can't happen yet since the BW has yet to cross the far ocean boundary (it needs to cross it so they can be truly stranded at sea with no rescue coming). This in turn means that the current martial law is temporary since the status quo needs to be restored before the BW refuels (the judiciary branch and the Zodiacs will take care of this).So what does that mean for our beloved arc? It means that we still have a good 2 or 3 volumes of "set up" ahead of us before anything substancial happens...This is getting so tiresome bros :'(
