I have the idea of making in blender a book where is like an npc /tg/ rpg book with 256 anime girls concept art and biography.

It's more or less what if taikyoku shogi was an rpg and it was like the concept art of each piece as an anime girl.

The issue isn't about making it, because I think my art skills in 3D are good.
But how do I get it published on japan?

you've been spamming this shit for months
it doesn't matter if you have an idea because you're never going to actually do it

He's been posting dumb shit like this on other boards like /v/, /vg/, and /ic/ for over a decade. His art is horrible and he constantly posts about how helpful AI is.

Has there ever been an interesting gaijin manga?
So far gaijin manga always ends up being a mix of NarutoxDbzxOnePiece

Nope. Not because they're incapable, but because no one has put in that much effort. It's a country with the resources to get started and a large audience, so all that's missing is talent.
