Tons of male artists will give them increasingly receding hair lines and gradually turn them into actual pigs facial feature-wise. It's common enough that it can be hard to tell OCs apart. I used to have a fave artist who did musclegut size difference pairs and the big guys had long, shaggy hair styles and a range of cute and handsome faces. Went to check on them after a year or so away and their style had changed to everyone having bulbous noses, thick lipstick, and sparkly mascara/fake lashes? It's one thing to give them pretty boy faces, another to take it to a new extreme.
