Super is bad but one thing it has over GT is that characters aside from Goku get to shine. Also the SOL filler is better than the real punch up arcs.

I liked the kind of horror-ish theme that GT had, starting off with goofy adventures in space and ending up with a body snatcher alien villain that constantly grew in power by invading stronger and stronger warriors. The mind controlling aspect was such a cop out though, he should've straight up killed the Z warriors that he managed to invade.
