Under Purgatory rules, Lihito beat Raian so he’s at least R3 tier at worst. Regarding this fight, the Falcon has multiple gimmicks to survive and Lihito had to hold back from killing him while his opponent cheated. That’s a story win for Lihito, as even the LARPer Falcon admitted he would get mogged.
