For the record, this chapter has been directly referenced by the main story (chapters 24 and 65) and was one of the few to be adapted as an anime episode (episode 10, Seto and Solva, right after Seto and Solva enter the shelter) with a few minor changes. For example, when Seto tells Kana to get a dog, in the anime, Blade barks.
