Seeing how I'm still at a point where I can be mistaken for underage (I'm 18, but can pass for 15 or so), it probably is rather irrational of me to regularly (almost constantly) dread the thought of becoming old one day. If I were in the Baron's body, it would surely chip away at my sanity - and my will to live. So I do understand his derangement.
