One or two panels showing their body actions would've grounded the scene a bit more.

Then you turn the page, she asks him directly and he folds right away. About the action scenes, the big climax is a bit wonky. The build up is pretty good (albeit there's a bit of overexplanation again) with the ghost hand grabbing pages being the best looking part but the actual punch moneyshot double spread lacked in readability, the ghost is completely covered by impact lines bar the hand which diminishes the impact of the punch. Everything after though is golden, very good sequence and very good paneling. The page with the girl super zoomed in face contrasted with the background view of the city makes for a great contrast (having it be only her on the right wouldve made even better imo), which adds great mystery and intrigue to what she says (and this is the first time, since the dialogue overexplains and doesn't let the reader guess for himself). The last two pages with the little twirl (and fish eye lens effect) that continues from page to page is great. That's how you connect pages.
